Kathy gave excellent customer service going above and beyond. We were looking for a very specific wood to match wood already installed in other rooms. Kathy sourced it and gave us a very fair price. Got a runner installed with Expert Flooring after I refinished the staircase. Mike came to measure and the crew came in few days later to install it. Looks beautiful and matches perfectly my other stairs, so exactly what I wanted.

After a bad experience with another flooring store, Expert Flooring was a welcome change. Mike was knowledgeable and helped me figure out a better way to complete my stair project. Kathy double checked to make sure the colour lot of hardwood would match our existing product. Communication was quick and polite. Delivery was on time and double checked we had all the proper materials. Price was less than expected! I know I will return to Expert Flooring if I have any future flooring needs!
