Meet The Face Behind Expert Flooring INC

I’m Kathy, the proud co-owner of Expert Flooring INC, along with Mike.

I look forward to sharing my story. I hope that you will enjoy getting to know me better.

After almost a decade in the flooring industry, I’d learned nearly everything I possibly could from the company I’d worked for. To expand my horizon and put my years of experience to good use, I decided to establish my own flooring contractor business. With my own firm, I had more liberty and a broader scope for growth. 

Today, I’ve completed a total of twenty-five years in the flooring industry, and fourteen of these wonderful years I’ve spent in running my own successful business. Despite our several years in the flooring market, I still feel that we are in the growth stage as there are always new additions to our industry. As technology develops, so do the products we use and the services we offer.

By keeping up with the latest trends and developments in our field, we aim to deliver high customer satisfaction and service standards. Moreover, by being patient and paying attention to our clients’ needs, we hope to meet their desires thoroughly.

As a successful business person, I am very grateful for my achievements over the years. But most of all, I am proud of the fact that I get the opportunity to make people happy by contributing to their dream homes.

I maintain consistency and customer satisfaction when dealing with clients by being honest, fair, and loyal to them. Their experience with my business has a profound impact on our future. As a result, I like to do my best to keep my clients happy.

When I’m not working, I enjoy staying fit by exercising regularly. I also love spending my free time with my kids and reading whenever I can.

I have enjoyed sharing my story about the things which matter to me and how they influence the way I do business.
